Why Dont Fighters Punk Floyd?

I made a very similar thread to this around the time when Margarito 1st started calling Floyd out. I said I wish that I was a fighter because I bet anything I could make Floyd fight me. Guys are too nice now. If you really want something then you have to go for it. At the end of the day Floyd is a man and no one likes to be punked. They have to go hard like Tarver did against RJ.

RJ had the biggest win of his career doing something that hardly no one ever did. He started at 160 and had just beat Ruiz at HW. He was on top of the world. He has his post fight press conference where its supposed to be about all RJ but who steals the show? Tarver! Tarver grabs the mike and starts dogging RJ infront of everyone. I love when he said, "what do I have to do, come to Pensacola and piss on your lawn". He called him out in front of everyone & RJ had to fight him.

Its easy to talk stuff on the Internet and so on but they have to call him out when they see him in front of everyone. Even last night wouldve been a good time. There was alot of casual fans listening. If he wouldve said that Floyd was a scared ***** who doesnt take tough fights then the crowd wouldve went crazy and everyone wouldve been talking about it. You know everyone hates Floyd. The writers wouldve lit him up.

Margarito sees Floyd somewhere and ask when they are going to fight but you cant ask like that. You have to chump him. What would Floyd do if Margarito got in his face infront of everyone? What if Floyd starts saying that you have to wait until the time is right but Margarito says "STFU you scared *****". What if Margarito pushes him while Floyd isnt expecting it? You know he would probally fall over. Why doesnt he just go all the way hard and swings on Floyd?

You guys think Floyd wouldnt make that fight then? He would have to after everyone starts ripping him and he would want to anyway after that. When Floyd was giving his interview with Merchant after the Oscar fight, Shane shouldve snuck up right beside him on camera and got in his face. How awesome would that have been? Look at how Floyd got in Spinks face at the post fight press conference when Spinks beat Zab? He got in his face and talked mad ****.

Thats why I love Hopkins. Hopkins is the hardest cat ever. Do you guys remember after Hopkins beat Tito and everyone was talking about him vs RJ? Most people dont remember anymore but remember when Gainer would fight and both RJ & Hopkins would be there and Bernard would go looking for him and trying to ***** him in front of everyone? That was awesome. It didnt end up in a fight happening but that was a different situation because RJ is a different kind of breed anyway. Also, both guys were talking crazy in negotaions and RJ had already beaten Hopkins so it took some of the steam off of it. You cant really chump a guy who's already beaten you but if those guys did it to Floyd then it would look much different.

I wish Mayorga was still in his prime and undefeated. I bet he would do something like that. These cats today arent mean enough and dont want to do whatever it takes to get a fight. There acting like Hagler & Pryor. You see how ****** it looked when they use to challange Sugar Ray? Smiling & Cheesing? I could somewhat understand because SR was popular like Oscar is now and unlike Floyd, everyone loved SR. Everyone hates Floyd and would automatically side with the guy who chumped him. They should took like James Toney. In the post fight with Merchant they should say "Floyd's a little girl, he just wants to fight with a skirt on, no one wants to see that ****". Thats what I would do. If any of those guys did that then they would easily get a fight with Floyd

I agree DLT, but Margarito can't speak English... so **** talking isn't an option for him

And when he did try to diss Floyd, PBF said, "I'm the man who's gonna make you a millionaire. If you disrespect me; I won't make you a millionaire."

With that said, very few fighters are in a position where if they talk enough **** they can get a fight with Floyd.
I think Cotto and Hatton are the only two fighters in that position.

Cotto is too humble. When he said he was going to destroy Zab I couldnt believe it.

Mosley and DLH are too damn cheesy. Its like they try to punk him, but it just comes off as childish. "Im going to make this a rough and tough fight." That **** made me laugh. Mosley just called him a chicken.

Cotto and Hatton are both just pretty nice, humble guys. It'd be nice to have another guy come around who could gab at Floyd in a way that'd get his blood boiling, but I don't think that guy is around right now.

Imagine Josh Clottey saying some crazy ass African ****-talk. "Floyd just a beetch ass neegah. He look like the pink mutha****ah who trying to duck and sheet"...sounding like a broke ass michael blackson out of next friday.

Oscar sounded so funny in that press conference Im going to make it a rough and tough fight, because when I hit you I,ll give you something to cry about LOL, when oscar said I couldn,t stop laughing, its true that floyds cries alot after he wins a big fight but when oscar said that it sounded so fake, that I just started laughing, Mosley should have called out floyd when he was in the ring after the oscar floyd fight if he did that it would have reminded me of when corrie sanders knocked out wladimir, vital went right up to corrie and said he wanted to fight him, corrie probably felt that if he didnt take that fight people would think he was scared to fight him.
