castillo did well on the inside in the third in my opinion, but contradictingly I think hatton did his best work in the third also

          Give the Man His Due

Hatton was awesome, the shot he put Castillo away with would put PBF,Cotto etc away too. I know the haters are going to say Castillo was washed up but fact is he wasnt, Hatton fought the fight of his career. Castillo held as much as Hatton did, he was out toughed ,out boxed.
well done Hatton, thats the best british boxers performance i've seen in my lifetime. I'm still buzzing now.
          Bring on PBF.

OK about Lewis, but most Limeys here like to claim him.

Calzaghe has topped that on several occasions; the way he beat Eubank, and especially against Lacy.

But I'm not taking anything away from Hatton; great performance

Exactly. Castillo wasn't "shot" before he got in the ring with Hatton. Now they're all going on about how he was "Shot" and "old" etc., but they weren't saying that before the fight. Hatton's speed and power shot him and made him old. The biased idiot excuses for boxing announcers on HBO tried to put their spin on it, especially that pathetic little ******* Kellerman.

Castillo was holding more than Hatton, and holding wasn't even a real factor in the fight as they continued to punch. The ref was much too aggressive in calling holding. Then there was Castillo's low blows, too.

Yes Porlie, people should give Hatton his due. I just watched a video of the the 4th round...Ricky is an awesome inside fighter. That liver shot was no lucky punch, Hatton knew exactly where to hit.

Well said mate, haters will always try and take away from Hattons win but the fact of the matter is like we both seen, Castillo fought dirtier, held as often, fought to his best, was at his best, and got ****ing beat lol end of the haters argument , they all wanna be eating humble pie now.
