Former world super flyweight Gerry Penalosa who leaves for Los Angeles on Tuesday to pick up the tempo of his training for his WBO bantamweight title fight against champion Jhonny Gonzalez of Mexico in Sacramento on August 11, sparred four rounds on Saturday and was pleased with his performance.
