Ricky Hatton Deserves Some Respect!

Day after day I've read so much negativity and abuse directed toward Ricky Hatton. Is it possible that now he will get a little deserved respect from the haters? Are they good sports or just losers who will say Castillo took a dive and other bull**** excuses...

I invite people to make POSITIVE comments about Hatton on this thread.

He thre some brilliant uppercuts during the first round and pretty much dominated the fight. That liver blow was such a punch I wish I never have to feel that.

Wasn't that a great punch...the amazing thing is that Castillo has never been down before.

i give hatton respect for being the first to stop or put castillo down and for knocking him out when the odds were him losing..but i cant respect his hugging and hitting..is it more exciting to watch then pbfs style? yes..but at least pbf aint hittin with his elbows and head and shoulder n alla that..but gotta give hatton his respect..would love to see him fight cotto next..i wonder how cotto would deal with his style

this is why clinching is an illegal move, when hatton comes forward and inside the other fighter has to prepare themselves to support hattons clinch. most of the time hatton clinches but sometimes he throws punches right before coming into the clinch thus catching the other fighter off guard. It is a mental tactic against the other fighter. It is the equivalent of hitting on the break thus illegal. If the ref didnt allow clinching to happen the other fighter wouldnt have to differenciate between when a clinch and punch is thrown. Hatton is an illegal fighter and needs to be banned from boxing asap or at least suspended for about 50 years and fined his purse for the fight. castillo does something illegal such as coming in overweight and they suspend and fine him. hatton does something illegal inside the ring and he gets off scott free with no deductions in his entire career. i've seen enough of him please keep him off tv and away from legal boxing venues.

You should get use to negativity bro!!! As much as hatton gets its nothing compared to what pbf fans have to put up with!!!

Im not a fan of hattons (which is an understatement to say the least) but the man sure can **** the body!!!
