    Was this fight in UK??

It sure seemed like it, it was 100% Hatton fans and Joe Cortez turned into a limey in this fight.

They didn't replay the low blows so I couldn't tell if Cortez made a bad judgement. But if those weren't low blows, well then shame on Cortez cause Castillo was pounding on Hatton's body and once they were seperated because of the low blow Hatton made a run.

Whine, whine, whine, ***** about referee...

A great night for Ricky Hatton! He deserves some respect now, but he won't get any from some people.

yeah let's makes 100,000 exscuses quick about castillo losing.

        1. Castillo's poodle wasn't shampooed properly.
        2. His hamster had recently died.
        3. The brand new carpet he was supposed to get hadn't come yet.

        etc etc.

Cortez called it fair Castillo is known to low blow like a mother****er watch Mayweather VS Castillo he low blowed like hell in that fight and got away with it. Hattons Team made sure cortez didn't put up with that **** and I dont blame them. Also the UK doesnt have to many sports stars outside soccer/football so when they have someone on the world stage you better believe they are coming out in full force.

I'll wait for a replay of the fight and make a decision. I didn't think it looked low but even if it wasn't, Hatton got sharks eyes after the ref took a point and went in for the kill, which suggests there was a little desperation he sensed in Jose.

I didn't see any terrible low blows and I thought Cortez taking away points from Castillo didn't make any sense, but in the end I don't think it mattered as Ricky was the better fighter.
