i think its pretty obvious he lost the fight on purpose to prove a point to someone that "nobody owns my ass"

there is no other way to make sense of it.... there is no way he was drugged as somebody mentioned or he wouldnt have been laughing or taunting hed have been worried if he physically didnt feel right...

plus the way he just marched out of the ring and refused interviews just looked like an added slap in the face to whoever it was he was proving a point to....

i told my buddy halfway through the fight that it looked like he was throwing it and hes like WTF are you talking about???

but honestly, the dude has fought 43 times and he is 20 years old... if someone kept putting your ass back in the ring once a month for 5 straight years maybe youd get sick of the **** too.... maybe he wasnt getting paid what he thought he should for a televised fight... maybe he did throw 100 bucks on the other guy with sonme shady mexican bookie and make off with 2 grand who knows... but he definately lost on purpose

I totally understand, agree with, and had the same reaction to the fight that you did. My question is why did nobody know what was going on. I have heard nothing out of their camp previous to the fight etc. Its not like where Mayweather struggled against Emmanuel Augustus and everybody knew it was his first fight w/o dad. This just struck me as so weird. If he really wanted to stick it to the promoter why not just pull out the night before with some BS injury instead of taking an L?

i have no idea what to make of it. cuz he really didnt look like he cared at all and anyone that could see would tell you he was never even fazed by any punches.

i'm thinking something happend to him b4 the fight. something personal. like his gf just broke up with him and he just didnt give a damn about the fight.

the only person who knows whats wrong is Garcia. i really hope it was some personal reason and not because he was throwing the fight.

I know Troy, He was rwady for this fight. garcia did look bad but hey...a fight is a fight, You bring your game or you stay at home. It was a fair win Troy beat him 7 rounds
