haha I love how Lewis drops his hands and smiles, then knocks Briggs down. I forgot about that.

Golota was a very talented, big and strong heavyweight. Notice that he moved pretty damn well on his feet for a guy that size, and his head-movement was quite good too. Golota had a fantastic jab, IMO, the best in the heavies since Larry Holmes.

Why? The Golota jab wasn't as quick and stinging as the Holmes jab, but it was a consistent weapon that packed far more power than normal. Andrew could have jabbed his way to and through a nice little title reign, if only he had it "together" upstairs.

Unfortunately, Golota is a headcase. Too nervous, too impatient when his opponents are hurt and wont fall down, too insecure against really big punchers, and too easily discouraged when the **** hits the fan.

Also notice how well Golota took punches at that stage in his career. Golota reduced Bowe to a semi-vegetable with that terrible beating he gave him. They should have stopped the fight long before, but they didn't, and Golota totally threw it all away.

Well, Golota is back, and Bowe is back too, or so it says - so how about rematch number three!?

            ;-)
