        This is the way I see it. All of today's fighters see Roy Jones and Muhammad Ali fighting with their hands low and they think it's cool. But in reality, those guys are blessed with super-human reflexes and a sense of timing.

        Those qualities do not necessarily describe Gary Stark.

        That KO could've been avoided if he just kept his hands higher. When you keep your hands up, not only do you block punches, but you discourage your opponent from even throwing them. Most fighters need a target or else they won't throw.

            Damn that was a pretty good KO. All you guys are right he needed to keep his hands up. I was worried about his knee sometimes when guys go limp like that they drop like a ton of bricks and there legs kind of just stay there while there bodies fall down. Good to see he was ok though, but Im sure he learned a lesson from that.
