Roy Jones Jr takes this hands down. In distant second is Hamed.

These were blessed with incredible hand and footspeed, cat like reflexes and tremendous power. They were so talented they didnt have to be fundamentally sound because they could do almost whatever.

thats why I said talent even at 154 jones had like 17 knock outs in a row it just seems in his earlyer fights he had so much muscle tone. Roy should just retire, he could still beat some decent fighters but his body just doesn,t look the same anymore.
