Damn. Sugar Ray was one bad man!
And that left hook is still the best ever. Ray Robinson is the most talented in the history of the sport, and he actually used and challenged the talent too.
archie moore was and old master though... moore an robinson were going to fight but couldnt agree on the money

Yes, Archie Moore is seriously underappreciated.
But I think he is more skillfull than physically talented, but I would place him higher on a skill-scale.
If that makes any sense..?

i wouldnt say he was less phyiscally talented just different.. robinson was thin so he used his hieght ..moore was a beast huge lats and legs...he was light heavyweight champion till he was 50 over 10 years and didnt get a shot till he was 39 against maxim.. and the best puncher that ever lived.. he was the most natural
Im sorry I forgot about toney I never said ray was slow I was saying what fighter has he ever faced to prepare him for maybe the fastest middel weight ever. I dont remeber all the fighters he faced but maybe the fastest was kid gavilian and some people think he deserved to win there first fight.

I've seen some clips now, and it's as I remembered; he is more skillfull than outright talented. At least compared to Ray Robinson.
