It will make money when they fight at PAC's division 130lbs. A lot of fans would like to see if PBF can withstand PAC's speed & aggression. PAC's style&power can not be compared to DLH and Castillo, he's young & strong. PBF knows it and he will not dare do it. But if he will, the fans will be the winner no matter what the outcome is.
