Do non american fighters need to work harder?

Seems like non american fighters (excluding south american countries) need to work harder to make it big. even when they are champs there's no interest from tv companies thus they don't get a chance to fight the big names. do you have to be american to make the big money and have the best fights?

It makes it easier sure, but its the same the other way round to, fighters can make a hell of alot of money outside the U.S, thats why quiet a few just stay and fight in their own country. Hatton could of stayed in the U.K after beating Tszyu defending the belt against nobodies but selling the place out and earning a fortune the easy way. If the U.S companies aren't intrested it's far from the end of the world for most fighters outside the Americas.

I don't think its a case of working harder. To be really successful as a boxer theres a stage where you need to get to and the big stage in boxing is america. Americans just have a bit of a headstart.
