If you think Castillo looks old than you have not seen old people in your life. Balding is a genetic issue just like grey hair and doesn't always indicate old age. I know guys in their mid twenties that started to go bald or develop grey hair.

Castillo has such an unusual facial structure. His jaw is wide as hell, and looks really strong. He looks like the mask. Its perfect for boxing though.
