You are so right, it is really overplayed and over discussed. I thought is was a good read for all of those who love to have the MMA & Boxing debate...I happen to be a huge fan of both...

I like both as well, but prefer Boxing over MMA. Example this weekend I kind of wanted to watch the Ultimate Fighter Final between Daiz/Manny G. and also the main event between Pulver/Penn, but Im going to be watching the Castillo/Hatton fight instead. I liked the way that article was 12 rounds. In MMA the most they fight is 5 right?

        3x5 regular matches
        5x5 championship matches.

as opposed to 12x3 boxing matches.

How many times do those championship fights go the full five rounds?

Several times. Many have been a good fight. The only time it ****** was when Tim Sylvia had the belt. Dude was becoming the MMA version of Ruiz.
