Still been getting my work in on a regular basis and found that my body has responded as I thought that it would. The wind still needs some time but everything else is rolling good.

I have been going to a site and working in this small but great town in Michigan. I roll out after work and do my boxing by moon light and warm summer nights air. I have been off for awhile but its still there.............. Its going to happen fairly soon..............Rockin'
