I'll be mad if they don't release one this year KBall. Its a 27 minute show. They have the footage they just need to do the interviews. It takes them only a month or so to do the countdown shows. I don't see why they couldn't premiere on in late July or August and another in November.

they probably could and it would be awsome, but i think the purpose is to celebrate 35 years of boxing on HBO.

The last time they did these, 5 years ago, it was to celebrate 30 years on HBO.

showtime should have a legendary nights. So, they can do one on Joe Calzaghe vs Jeff Lacy.

I don't really think they will show much from the past year or two. And you have to remember they are looking for contraversy in the fight. Fights where their is more to think about than just the fight itself.

Tito/Hopkins should be a lock because it occured a week or two after 9/11 and there is that backdrop.

Also I think the De La Hoya/Vargas fight would get the nod over Mayweather/De La Hoya because that is still in very recent memory.

Maybe Tarver/Jones II because it was a shocking night, but their is very little else to portray in that show.
