Will Hatton Clinch Excessively Against Castillo?

I dont think Ricky will hold this fight for two reasons.

    1) Castillo is experienced and knows how to avoid getting held fairly well

    2) Hatton is conscious of his image, marketability and future earnings. I think he will give the best show he possibly can.

    And

If there is excessive holding by Hatton I probably wouldn't pay much attention to him anymore and would'nt care to watch his future fights either.

      I challenge you to this:
If Hatton wins, you do no posting for ONE week, the last week of the month (from the end of the fight till July 1).
If Castillo wins, I will do no posting for TWO weeks, until July 8.
      Is that fair enough?
I think because of your obsession you will not take me up on this, because you'll NEED to discredit Hatton more if he wins.
Let's see how Castillo looks at the weigh in first...

Unless HAtton gets Castillo out of there early we will see some hugging from him. I dont think Castillo will let him do it too much because of the abuse he will inflict on him but it will happen,,,so what tho its no less annoying then when Mayweather sticks his forearms and elbows into his opponents faces time and time again, just less dirty.

hugging the canvas once he tries to flail his arms and swarm castillo with his skillless barrage but catches a left hook that puts him out

I think Castillo might do a bit of the ole hugging in this fight. He might have learnt a bit of the Hatton style to stop him losing his 8th fight.

Hatton is going to outbox him, he's smart enough to know that he shouldn't mix it up with castillo.

I think Hatton will make a effort not to clinch like in his last two fights but I feel the longer the fight goes the more hugging Ricky will do. I was watching the Maussa fight last night and what I don't understand is when Ricky would land a good punch he would then hold. He even had Maussa in trouble sometimes then would clinch. I understnad clinching when you are in trouble but when you have the opponent in trouble...

I think Graham has got it into his head to avoid taking unnecessary punches. Hatton's punch resistance and stamina haven't been up to their usual level in his last two fights so I'm guessing Graham knows he has to be careful. Hatton fans can dress it up however they like, but getting badly wobbled by Collazo was a big shock, and even though his willpower and recovery was impressive, I think it is indicative of the decline in Hatton's ability to take a good punch.

He took a few decent shots from Urango, but not many, partly due to some pretty good boxing in the first half of the fight and then by smothering the big rock.
