Jermaine has had very tough opponents in his past fights, I don't think Pavlik has had enough tough opponents as Taylor. I see Taylor winning this Boxing match.

Taylor and Pavlik both wanted to up weight. So, why don't they both fight at 168?

That's about what I'd expect to hear from someone with a bunch of MMA gif's in his sig.

Skrew Jermain Taylor and the people that make excuses for him. I will only give credit to Taylor if he beats Pavlik without another gift from the judges, or he moves up to 168 and beats a Kessler or Calzaghe.

I expect Pavlik to win against JT with harder punches and better boxing at both 160 or 168. I am confident that Miranda will have the last laugh against Taylor at 168 as well.

Wait- there's a problem here. God forbid Pavlik wins, becomes the champion and man at middleweight, and then what- jumps up to 168 and vacates his title rather than defending it? I mean, if he is serious that this is his very last fight...that means he intends to just try and grab a title for his career goal but not defend it. So the middleweight division's major belt holder would lose and then the new champion would run away, leaving others to fight over it. We all know that you have to beat the man to be the man, though, so if Kelly wins the division isn't going to have a strong champ for at least a year or two. The person who takes his vacated belt, should he seriously move to supper middleweight for good, is going to need to prove himself before his doubters disappear.

So Pavlik isn't the new hope for the middleweight division. As of now he's just a tourist.

Miranda is alot less skilled then Taylor so just cause pavlik beat him doesnt mean he will beat Taylor!!! Taylor will out box him IMO!!!

do you think because someone isn't ripped that they can shed weight easily? I didn't think it was like that. Pavlik has a pretty big frame for a middleweight, just as Calzaghe does at 168, despite neither been musclebound in the Lacy, Taylor sense.

                    Only seen one

The only Pavlik fight I seen I just wasnt that impressed. Great record and all but, I dont see anything that really stanbds out and makes him all that great. Taylor lost to Hopkins/Wright I dotn care what anyone says.

The difference between Miranda and Taylor is that Taylor can actually box.

                      Wide Taylor UD over Pavlik.
