Warren: "Haye Wants No Part of Macca"

Promoter Frank Warren, in his recent website article, said that David Haye wants no part of WBO cruiserweight champion Enzo Maccarinelli. Warren offered Haye a bout with Maccarinelli for July 21 at the International Arena in Cardiff, Wales, but Haye, the mandatory challenger to the WBC/WBA titles, passed on the fight for a chance to meet Jean Marc Mormeck. i like frank warren, i got alot of of respect for him unlike most of the uk boxing fans here. He brought the likes of hamed, benn, hatton, and calzaghe to the top of the boxing world as well as having a prospect in amir khan. ON this issue i got to disagree with the man, i think haye has taken the right path of taking the bigger fight with mormeck, all enzo has is the WBO belt, mormecks got the WBC and WBA titles at cruiser weight. once haye has got them belts then probarbly enzo will be next for a unification fight.

I think warren is chatting **** about haye not wanting to fight enzo, cause at the end of the day, most people know haye would **** enzo up in the ring. The fight between those two will happen...just not yet.

Warren is a fool, Haye's fighting Mormeck in September, then sets a silly date to fight Enzo. No way in hell would Haye accept that fight, he has trouble making the weight as it is.

        Shut the **** up Warren.

Haye's team offered you a fight first and you did'nt take it, Now that Haye is won a WBC Title eliminator you want him to fight Enzo, Why should he **** up his rankings, Haye should beat Mormeck first and then whip Enzo's ass.

Warren knows Enzo would get knocked out cold if he fights haye,

Enzo= no skill, no charisma, hangs off Joe Calzaghe's nuts telling him how great he is,

If he gets in the ring with a proper fighter,

Warren will need to call out 'Autoglass' repairs on an emergency job on Enzo's Jaw.

I like both fighters to be honest. I think that they could both go a long way.

I like Haye, have seen his last couple of fights and he looks impressive, but he would never win against Enzo, just no way.

Whilst there seems plenty of blame on both sides (Warren's option demands, Booth/Haye's signing, unsigning, signing amateurish bumblings) for the initial fight blowing up, nobody in their right mind could expect Haye to turn down the Mormeck fight.

I like Haye. I think Enzo would take him out but that'd be 3 rounds of bedlam I'd pay a lot of money to say. Both are finally fighting some world class opponents though which should tell us an awful lot ... I'm amazed Haye's fans can criticise Maccarinelli's resume when he's hardly faced anyone himself.

Haye was found out against Carl Thompson , If he fought Enzo it'd be 50/50 going into it. I couldnt pick a winner for it to be honest.

Haye would ko enzo anyday. If enzo was hurt and had trouble with hobson in there first fight then what would haye do to him?
