In the late 80's and early 90's you had the same thing with guys that were probably past their best sticking around to make money, and because they could still fight. You had Tim Witherspoon, George Foreman, Michael Dokes, even Larry Holmes.

I dont know who's in the top 20 to be honest but I dont really think he can beat any elite level fighters. He's become too uncordinated and slow.
