Castillo is younger than De La Hoya

When Hatton defeats young, undefeated titleholders like Urango, the Hatton haters say it is meaningless. If he beats a 33 year old boxer with 47 KOs in his career, they'll say JLC was washed up. Who should he fight so these bitches respect him?

But Castillo is a great fighter and in top shape and will not be an easy opponent, and Hatton deserves full credit if he wins this one!

      Jose Luis Castillo is 33.
Oscar De La Hoya is 34.
      Joe Calzaghe is 35.
      Bernard Hopkins is 42.

C'mon people stop being such hateful bitches and be fair to Ricky Hatton!

From all the old fighters you named, one could arguably say Castillo has been in more wars than all those fighters combined!!!

Lets be fair to Castillo also here. We all know this isn't a prime younger Castillo.

Castillo is hurting more by his inability to make the weight than anything, although he is no spring chicken. Hatton has been exposed. It's just going to be a matter of who has better endurance and fire power. I'd favor the old Castillo over the new Hatton, but who knows what Castillo will bring to the ring?

To me it depends on how Castillo looks during the fight.

I'm picking Hatton to beat Castillo but that's because there are questions surrounding Castillo's last performance.

Hatton cant win in the eyes of his haters he'll only have won because Castillos washed up, but who gives a **** about their opinions?? self appointed judges judging means **** all.

Who cares if Castillo is over the hill or not? If Hatton beat a prime Castillo it wouldnt make Hatton the greatest who ever lived! If he beats a little past his sell by date Castillo it dont make Hatton the greatest fighter who ever lived. So what does it matter? Hatton just has to make sure he is able to beat him to fight another day.
Hatton haters wont give Hatton credit no matter what happens or whatever Castillo turns up. Theyll criticise the hugging, his marked up face how so called ugly he is or how pale his skin tone was in comparison to Castillo. Hatton has just got to do what hes got to do. Just like PBF did.

Exactly what i was about to say... in a fortnight, say.. Hatton wins. I guarentee on NSB it'll be "Castillo was cheated!!" or "Castillo is old and **** nowadays, no wonder Hatton won!"

Ricky Hatton could beat God, Jesus, Hulk Hogan, Bruce Lee and Satans pet dog and would still be getting bad mouthed.

I think the fight will be great to watch and i can't wait. You should all be like that too. Since when was that not enough!?

and I'll 2nd that. as much as i hate to say it, hatton is going to hurt castillo. this will probably be castillo's last fight and i don't see him lasting 8 rounds. too many wars, hatton is the much fresher fighter

do not put money on castillo
