    Oscar Will Fight Again?

They say Oscar will fight again but definatly not against Floyd because he feels he did well and he's already been there done that. To me that sounds like what Oscar has been saying since the fight ended and why most people like myself thinks he would get killed in a rematch. Even Oscar knows it. He's basically admitting it in every interview. He keeps talking about how he cant believe how well he did and how he is "content" with that close L? Ive never heard a fighter say that before but he means it and has no shame in it. Basically if you read his recent interview it sounds like he wont fight Floyd again because he wants to have a Mayweather fight remembered as a close loss. He's happy with that. He doesnt at all think he would win a rematch. He thinks Floyd might kill him and it would wipe away the so called close loss and he will regret that forever. To him, the close L is just like a win.

My question is if he fights again then who will he fight? He has to go out on top and he shouldnt come back unless he's going to fight a big name but he's alredy said that he doesnt want Floyd, not interested in Cotto, and doesnt care about Tito. I cant see him fighting Margarito so that basically just leaves Hatton. I could see him retiring with Hatton because Ricky wants that big money fight and Oscar knows he's way bigger and would probally kill him. On the other hand I also think he is waiting to see if Winky beats Hopkins. Most people would say that there's no way that Oscar would fight Winky but I think he would for a number of reasons. 1st off he knows that Winky is going all the way up to 170 to fight Bernard. That means that in his very next fight he would have to drop all the way back down to 157 or so. It may even be at 154. Winky has always said that he cant make 154 again but for Oscar money fighters will do anything. I think if all that happeneds then Oscar would fight him and possibly win because Winky might be out of it like RJ & Tarver were after losing the weight. Its just like the Floyd fight. People make it seem like Oscar's doing this great thing by fighting these guys but he's setting up everything for him to win. He's making all the rules that arent fair to his opponents and they have to take it because of the money. Then when Oscar comes close everyone sweats him, not caring about the huge advantages he had all over the place.

Winky would murder Oscar in my opinion but i feel Floyd is pretty damn good at wiping away the first experience between fighters as he 'loss' to Castillo yet beat him the next time around and now if Oscar really wanted it Floyd could do his work a lot easier this time.

I always thought that Oscar could do OK against Winky but most think he will kill him as you do. However, thats a straight up thing. Would Winky still kill him if he had to come all the way down from 170 and fight at a weight that is probally a little to small for him now?

We may be watching a rerun of Floyd vs. Oscar but I am confused who would be more tired.

Oscar's aging catching up to him

or the weight Winky is losing for this fight.

I'd put my $$ on Winky for sure though

i'm not saying he won or that i agree with him, but to say that he doesn't want a rematch because he feels he would get crushed is ridiculous. if you heard his post fight comments he obviously feels he won the fight and should have gotten the decision. plus he's not going to fight a rematch and lose another close decision because PBF is on his bicycle all night. he feels he won the fight period, same way winky said NO to a rematch with taylor. they feel they won the fights and they dont have **** to prove

I wish a lot of the critics can see such but when titles are on the line don't you think you'd want to get them back or another shot at it??

I disagree my friend. 1st off Winky & Taylor are different. More people think Winky won then Taylor and Winky didnt say no to a rematch. He just wanted more money then Taylor wanted to give. Oscar & Floyd havent even gotten to the money part.

In all of Oscar's losses he talked alot about how he felt he won and he couldnt believe the decision and he always said that he wanted rematches against Shane & Tito. In most of his interviews now he doesnt even really say that he thinks he won. He mostly just always talks about how he's content with how close it was and how some people think he won and thats good enough for him. There is a huge difference between how he's acting after this fight compared to those other losses. He was like sick to his stomach in those other fights but now he's all calm. The fact is a ton of people thought he beat Tito and a ton of people thought he beat Shane the 2nd time. Some people thought he beat Floyd but not nearly as much at the other 2. He felt he got robbed in those other fights but in this fight he just says that he felt he won but he says it all calm and he never said anything about being robbed. If he really felt he won and could win again then there is no doubt that he would take the rematch with the #1 guy in the sport who is alsom much smaller then him. He could go out on top and if he won then he would basically get credit for 2 wins because thats how people do even though they thought Floyd won the 1st won. Why wouldnt he take that? No one has gone out like that except for maybe SRL. He's not taking it because he doesnt think he would win or get close a 2nd time around. Who else is a better option to move on to? There arent any more Tito's or Mosley's around. Floyd's the only one
