Larry Donald will either be KOed or will lose by wide decision. Alexander Povetkin is the real deal, my friends.Last edited by Steelhammer86; 08-04-2007, 04:20 PM.Comment

he's going to have to really tighten up his defense before goes after wlad or he'll likely get stopped early unless he has a granite chin which is unknown at this time. he's just much too green for now but the potential is thereComment

Povetkin had a better amateur record than Wlad and anyone else: almost perfect, only one loss, which was later avenged. Wlad won the gold medal at the Olympics like Povetkin, and had a great amateur record too, but had a few losses in other tournaments. Povetkin won 11 Gold and 1 Silver medal in 12 international tournaments, and that's as close to perfect as anyone has ever been in the over 200 lb category.Comment

Povetkin has a tua like chin. Only He's more skilled
(though Tua hits harder)Comment

Good fight. Donald is a pretty safe step up right now because of his age and his tendency to wilt under pressure. But still an interesting fight because Donald is a very skilled guy with a nice jab. He could answer some questions we have about Povetkin.Comment
