Who speak better English now Cotto/Larry Merchant

After watching the fight again i noticed Larry Merchant was ****ing up as much as Lennox Lewis while Cotto english was ALOT better than anytime in the past. Cotto was also speaking at a faster rate about 70 wpm while Larry Merchant was only throwing out an output of around 30 wpm. So at this point in time is the upcoming star ready to so surpass the old vet who sees the openings but can't pull the trigger
