Depends on the weight. I doubt hatton would be able to pose any threat at 147, considering his abysmal performance vs collazo. His power, and most importantly his stamina, just don't carry through to the upper weight classes.

At 140 however, the fight unfolds very differently. It really depends on Two things:

          1) Can hatton still fight in the style he beat maussa/kosta? Or is he used up by this point in his career?

          2) Does he have the chin do go through PBF's punches the same way he did Kosta's (I hear Kosta hits REALLY hard, so I'm guessing yes. But time has a nature of changing things.)

          3) Throw a crapton of punches. Doesn't really matter if they hit or not. We heard Emanuel Steward yell it to Talyor when he was fighting spinks. If you wait for opportunities vs defensive fighters, your going to lose. Their defensive, their entire GAME PLAN revolves around NOT HAVING OPENINGS! honestly.

IF hatton is capable of this, he'd win. Especially considering how the styles mesh. PBF ALREADY spends a huge amount of stamina with his footwork. With the added pressure of hatton's style, he'd most likely fold under pressure.

Only at 140 though, and really, who thinks floyd would ever move back down that far? ****, they wouldn't even be able (or willing) to offer the amount of money needed to get PBF in the ring. Never gonna happen (unfortunatly).

This is what I don't get about you Hatton fans. you complain that Floyd is boring because he's ducking and dodging punches, yet claim that Hatton is exciting even though he's in a clinch half the fight.

Floyd was only boring against baldomir because he just refused to finish the guy off, even merchant was saying that. Against dlh, one of the best fights i've seen for mayweather and dlh.. dlh was also great against tito. Like zab, he's not a 12 round figher...

Calling vs DLH one of PBFs best fights is the biggest insult to PBF I've ever heard.
