    Sam Peter

In light of James Toney tesing Positive for performance enhancing substances AGAIN.. and His performance still Looking anything but ENHANCED.. I think it is SAFE to say that Toney has never stopped taking ROIDs and that he is SO long past his sell by date.. That all the ROIDs in the world wont help him anymore..

On That Note.. is it REALLY fair to Rate Sam Peter so highly for beating him..???Remember this is a GUY who couldn't PUT away Robert Hawkins either.. and was Comprehensively beaten by a Scared Wlad Klitschko....

    Clever PR... Or gullible Fans..???

    What do you think??

Ermm, the stuff he took against ruiz was not performance enhancing, he won that fight fair and square, unless new info has come out. LOL.

Oh yeah and im not sure he was on steriods during the first peter fight when he was pretty fat and most people thought he schooled peter,

Also steriods do long term damage anyways, its not a case of taking them then you become a super fighter, toney got down to near 220 for Peter 2 and fought worse than he did when he was fat in the first one, steriods can hurt you as well as help you.

Peter showed huge improvements in his second Toney fight, you have to be fair to him he was a different fighter to the one that lost to Wlad.

robert hawkins is a tough guy. he went the distance with both peter AND david tua. he was only stopped by oleg maskaev in his fourth pro fight. so i dont think he should lose credit for not stopping hawkins.

his fight with wlad and his 1st fight with toney made me think peter was just another one dimensional HW. but his 2nd fight with toney showed he actually had some decent skill. but against an old fat james toney, that skill might not be as much as we think.

hes fought some good fighters, but we havent seen the best of sam peter just yet.

i don't think many fighters out there can KO Hawkins.. maybe Sam wanted rounds in the bag.

The improvement that Peter has shown is in conditioning...he did not have that big gut his last fight.
Perhaps he has decided to train...and if he had been in that shape against the Klitoris,he would have finished him.

You Point is the best argument I have heard... If he can stay fit for 12 rounds he will always be dangerous..
