Weight isn't Toney's problem anymore though. It was a few years ago, but not anymore. His coordination and skill level have degraded to next to nothing. He would get smoked at cruiserweight now as well.

No your wrong, not all steroids are for bulking up. If you read one of those links about "winstrol" it helps retain strength and lean muscle mass while cutting fat. There are also "performance enhancing" roids which don't build muscle, but make you faster and ****, that's why sprinter and runners get caught juicing.
