Can Roy jones jr do it again?

Does Roy jones still have the ability to be able to claim another world title? What do the guys on this message board think about jones chances against the likes of say calzaghe at super middle, against champions at light heavy or heavyweight?

Personally i think he can deffinatly give it a very strong push, i think his talent is extremely natural in a sense of his athletisim and speed. Of course the speed has declined due to age and his jaw aint the strongest. However its undeniable that mr jones has skills that can outpoint many of the boxers who would stand in his way to a world title. MR jones, i got full faith in you

I'd love to see Roy win another title. The real answer to this thread is it really depends on who he fights. I want to see how he looks against Hanshaw before I really talk alot on this topic...we'll see.

it all depends on how he fights... he cant rely on just reflexes and speed anymore.... he has to improve his defense, stay off the ropes, and improve his footwork.... in the ajamu fight, he looked way too flat footed.

If the question was, Can RJJ get Ko'ed again!? Then my answer is hell yes. Can he win the belt? No, he's done.

but come on zero, if he takes on the likes of chagvev at heavyweight or any other bum champion, or any of the light heavyweight bum champions, he can outpoint them surely, he has enough skill to do it.

Yeah I'm sure he could. He needs a great performance in his next fight. I hope he does though.

True, but even then , as they might still be bums, they are the champs. RJJ seems a lot more gun shy and I think when he comes in against someone who isn't scared of him and bully's him, he is done. He may be able to outpoint them, but I honestly doubt it. He hasn't looked spectacular in a long time, and I don't think RJJ has it in him to ressurect the old magic. Believe me, I would love to see him do it, but I think realistically, he's finished.
