Is the IBO belt the most meaningful formal strap now?? (n inc the ring title)
I notice that the IBO seems to want the best fighter in each weightclass to hold the belt and don't strip their fighter at the first available opportunity. Wlad-Peter contested the IBO belt, Hopkins-Tarver, and now Castillo-Hatton.
It seems like the IBO are making good moves when organisations such as the IBF and WBC are making almighty **** ups at every turn. I don't hear as much crap from the WBA chiefs so I'll cut them some slack, and the WBO is the least important of the main belts so noone really cares what they do.
