if you recall he was supposed to fight in AZ and that fell through for reasons unknown... probably cause they were taking a lot of precatuions to make sure the tests were legit.... i recall they insisted on officials being there watching the blood drawn...

i also recall that the WV officials who allowed him to fight didnt think it necessary to go to those lengths
