      DiegoFuego doesn't seem to like foreigners, so his opinions on the heavyweight division are more than a little prejudiced. On BoxRec's ratings, none of the top 8 heavyweights are Americans, and DiegoFuego is very unhappy about that.

      Wladimir would likely be a champ or at least in the top 2 or 3 in any era. Chagaev, Ibragimov, Peter, Brock, and Brewster and maybe a couple of others would be in the top ten or twelve at any time in boxing history.

      It is true, however, that Shannon Briggs would not be in the top 10 at any other time, and I don't think he is really in the top 25 now!
