It'll be a hell of a fight either way. I think Pacquiao will probably take him out in the late rounds, but Soto is a rugged son of a ***** who certainly has a shot to dethrone Pacquiao as well.

Still I'll go with a 10th round TKO for Pacquiao.

Soto is not a better fighter then Marquez. If he was, he would be a two-division champion. When Pacquiao stops Soto, the same Soto who couldn't keep up with an old Kevin Kelley's speed, you are going to feel bad about the way you are talking and then tell everyone about how Jhonny Gonzalez would beat Rafael Marquez.
