Yes I am a fan of PBF trash talk and all.
Personally means as a person. You dont have to know someone personally in order to Not like him. I never said I hated him, to hate him I would have to know him personally.

I dont wish PBF any harm or hope he loses but I dont cheer for him like I have for Gatti, Corrales, Arce, Morales, Cotto, Tito, Tyson, Evander....etc. His self made persona has made me indifferent towards him as a person but my interest in him remains because of his exceptional talent.

PBF is a good fighter, not great. He needs to fight Cotto, Hatton, Mosley, and Margarito.

if he were to fight _____ and beat them.... the people would say ________ (his opponent)
cotto - cotto was young, overmatched, very limited boxing skills

hatton - mismatched again, tree hugger, gets tired too easy, already exposed @147 by Luis Callazo
mosley - old, very sloppy, 147 not his best weight, coming down from 154 affected stamina and power, past his prime, already exposed by Winky Wright and Vernon Forrest
margarito - unproven, limited boxer/slugger, too slow, overmatched, already exposed by a no name in Joshua Clottey who was winning convincgly until an injury
mayweather can beat anybody but he will never get his respect, he is just one of those most hated that everyone will find something to hate on...

Good post and this would ring even more true if he beat Mosley in a very convincing manner. I only mentioned Mosley because I don't think he will have problems with the other people on that list.

You sound just like PBF. Those are the excuses he is using to avoid fighting them. WOW. You are a true fan.

This is a surprising poll...I thought most people hated PBF because he kicks a lot of ass.

                    Big fan

Since I'm a fan of the stylist kind of fighter, I certainly admire Floyd's skills.

Though I don't agree with his self-proclaimed "best in the world" status.
                    SRR still wears that crown.

There's something about Floyd's career, as talented as he is, I can't quite put a finger on, but I'll say this: He could have fought, and can still fight,
                    the Hattons, Margaritos, Mosleys, etc.

But, people keep forgetting that he called out those fighters at one point and, except for Margarito, they couldn't or wouldn't fight him then.

That puts him in a catch-22 situation. Damned if you do. Damned if you don't.

After his fight with DLH, many would now agree that he would beat those fighters easily.

Does he need to really prove it?

I voted yes, im a fan - the guys great lets face it and when he turns it on like he did against Chico (R.I.P) and Gatti its special to watch!
But lets have it right, id Luv to watch Cotto tear his ass up which i have always maintained he would or even my boy Hatton, who to be fair i think might get sliced to pieces! Mosley, Oscar, Berto and a few others are fighters in an around his weight i prefer but yeah im still a fan.
