lol please man ... stunned and hurt is the same **** ... plus you cant really tell the difference because some people can keep throwing punches when they are hurt... Cotto was hurt everytime with a straight left hand and left uppercut in the fight ...

like i said im not taking anything from him ...that was one of the most exciting fights i have seen in a while ...

but if cotto fights anyone of the junior middle weights or top welter weights , he would get destroyed ....

LOL, what's with all the IFs? The guy just got to 147, beat Quintana who had a great KO ratio, now stopped Zab whose a vere serious puncher and you still doubt him. Cotto might not be the best WW out there, I don't think he can beat SSM to be honest, but to say "any" puncher will eventually kill him is just crazy. Pinto, Bailey, Torres, Quintana, Zab, .... Only being down once....

To me they both showed they had better chins than we thought. Cotto began to walk threw punches after the 4th round and was never stunned after that, judah showed alot of heart in asking for more punishment. Great fight, props to both but i advise you all to stop betting against cotto.

Exacly,Cotto took some nasty shots that would have put most guys down, but he took it well, and avoided getting hit,he never looked like he was gna go down, after the 5th round he warmed up pretty good, hardly got hurt and walked thru massive shots, you could see he wasnt getting hurt nomore,he had his hands down and was getting more confident

Cotto took some good shots last night and even though he was stunned a few times he came back and punished Zab. Plus he took some hard punches from Ricardo Torres who is a big puncher and even though he was hurt bad a couple of times the only time he was knocked down was when Torres basically pushed him down and it was ruled a KD. I wouldn't say he had a weak chin, he just gets hit good sometimes.

That depends on your definition of a big puncher. When I say biggest puncher I mean the one who can turn things around in a fight with ONE shot. Mosley is a hard body puncher and has very good snap in his shots as well, but he doens't have the kind of explosive power Zab has. I tell you what, if Zab and SSM ever got in the ring my money is with Zab! Remember, styles make fights.

i would agree that shane may hit harder than zab, actually i dunno. I think zab has more one punch power but mosley accumulats alot more punishment. It all comes down to cotto being able to eventually take it all once he gets used to it. Mosley couldnt handle forrest pressure, cotto's pressure is alot more and hits much harder. It was a breakthrough performance by cotto and bad defense or not, even zab found a way to penetrate mayweathers defense for awhile. Stunned and hurt are two different things, Obviously you are not a fighter. stunned is getting hit by a punch that catches you off guard and your eyes go a little blurry and you hve to regain yourself, hurt is what zab judah was all night. great fight, boxing needed this. Cant wait to see cotto/margy or cotto/cintron or cotto/williams or cotto/mosley. hell cotto is becoming the new fact in the welterweight division.and he's only 26, The guy may have a good 10 years left in him.

The times I saw Cotto being 'stunned' were really Zabs best shots.

Cotto was hurt but to me he didn`t look like he was going to fall and recovered well to KO Zab.

If you have a style like Cotto you are going to get those moments in a fight against the top fighters, but so far he has come through them and beaten the other fighter down.
