i got in my room a speed bag and in the future a punching bag
1)now will using the speed bag and shadow boxing with 3 to 5 pound weights increase my speed?
2)will doing burpies increase everything else>
3) i also workout so what my goals are, is to be big and strong and also very fast at punching and boxing so what will make those goals which is why i asked above i know not many buff people are quick but i want 2
