- Scott Steiner is currently residing in the intensive care unit at a hospital in San Juan, Puerto Rico where he underwent throat surgery after being kicked over the weekend during a TNA show. Steiner had problems breathing in the early hours of the next morning after the match and was rushed to a local hospital where surgeons operated on his trachea - which allows oxygen to move from the throat to the lungs. It's still not known when he's going to be moving out of the hospital although he's reported to be responding well to the surgery.

The Arizona State Boxing Commission has no sanctioning power over the Worldwide Fighting Championship event, which is being promoted outside of the jurisdiction of the state regulatory body on the Yavapai-Apache Nation.
No blood, heart, or eye exams were required as part of the pre-fight medical examination.

I wish Morrison would stick to what he knows,...boxing. MMA isn't as easy as he thinks and if he gets knocked to the ground, I think that the mma fighter has the clear advantage. I think the best option for Morrison would be to stick to the 4 round circuit and gradually step up his level of opposition until he can 'cash out' against a big name fighter.Comment
