    JMM-Barrios HBO PPV Sept. 15...what?

    per btalk...

Not the greatest fight, and definitely NOT PPV worthy. Golden Boy better have something special in store for the undercard, but Schaefer told btalk Mosley won't be on it. Guzman-Katsidis would be a nice addition...

just read that - absolute utter bull****. Marquez-Guzman makes more sense, and since it was Barrios who struggled so mightily to make weight, why not move up to lightweight to face Katsidis or whoever else.

I said it before PBF-DLH, I said it after, and I'll say it again - mutha**** GBP.

How is this not a good fight? Maybe not PPV worthy but It will be an exciting fight. I was hoping Marquez VS Paquiao would happen but i guess not, so disapointed in Paquiao!!!

What a shame, boxing is pricing itself out of the mainstream

That's the thing, though - Pac-JMM II is the only fight @ 130 that truly matters. Putting any other fight on PPV is almost akin to stealing at this point.

Yeah my issue is not with the fight itself, but like my problem with Baldomir-Forrest, it's just the outlet that I'm upset with. BAD for Baldy-Forrest is bad, this is awful. HBO PPV? I would have said if Shane-Cintron is the undercard then fine, they would probably make it a double main-event anyway, but this is ridiculous unless they absolutely STACK the undercard. Also, with the World Cup thing on Aug 11, those fighters won't have enough time to be ready for this date...so forget Bautista, Gonzalez, De Leon, et al.

Guzman-Katsidis is also very unlikely now that I think about it, because Katsidis and Juan Diaz are going to fight each other after they both have interim fights.

Golden Boy is losing my support quickly...I used to champion them, especially re: Pacquiao. Now, well, forget it.

He should be fighting Soto after he beats Bobby Pac. Im pretty sure hes the mandatory. As for the undercard, Im sure there will be someone like Juarez

Goldenboy is whats bad with boxing....they have released so many unworthy ppv cards with bad undercards lately.

                  its a shame.

Arum gets all the bad wrap but he is actually realizing ufc is gaining big time and is trying to improve boxing shows and productions...while golden boy puts on lousy ppvs.

if this is true, it better not be ppv.
