Malignaggi: "Ndou, Bring 'My' Belt With You"

BROOKLYN - Outspoken boxer Paulie "The Magic Man" Malignaggi has been relatively quiet, at least for him, as he prepares for his June 16th title challenge against IBF junior welterweight champion Lovemore "Black Panther" Ndou on HBO BAD at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut. [details]

I didn't like Paulie at first, but his fight with Cotto made me respect him in a lot of ways. I hope he does get that belt from N'dou. His style isn't the most exciting, but his flamboyance makes me tune in for his fights.

paulie sucks, he out lands alot of his opponents, but he never seriously hurts anyone in the ring. It's ridiculous, he throws these ***** slaps and wins by decision all the ****ing time. If boxing was rated by who lands the cleaner heavier shots, then he would have lost alot of his fights with hit weak shots.

          Magic Man

Paulie Malignaggi is going to get the win, and become champ. Its time for the Magic Man to make his move, and I believe his speed and movement will secure a nice technical win. Alot of people want to see a couple of ding dongs get in the ring and **** each other out, but you have to have respect for the stylistic warrior, a boxer with technique. It pays to be smart.

If Hatton makes his rumoured bout with Malignaggi happen in December and Paulie has won the belt, do you think Hatton could hold the record for vacating and re-winning the same belt the most times?

No, these are the same idiots who cause boxing to die. We don't want to see techniqual warfare. We want to see two men beat the living **** out of each other.

"A boxer with technique, it pays to be smart" Yeah until a warrior like Cotto comes along and breaks your jaw and cheekbone! But I did respect paulie for his performance though.

I became a fan of his after the Cotto fight. People can diss him for how he looks outside of the ring, but the guy literally had his face broken in the second round and continued to duke it out anyway. Hes a good boxer too, and this is a good test for him coming up.
