If Judah is focused for the 12 rounds and stays away from getting hit by too many of those body shots then I see his speed and power being too much for Cotto. It's a big if though because Judah could very easily lose focus and Cotto could take control.
The winner of this fight will have to overcome some hardcore adversity.
If Cotto wins he may have to overcome being down 3-1 on the cards early or a flash knockdown.
If Judah is to win he will have to endure some vicious body punching and constant pressure.
The winner of this fight is not going to be the one thats necessarily GIVES the best (although ultimately the giver will prevail) but who RECIEVES the best. Which fighter can handle the others assualt and continue on with their business.
Ask yourself these questions and you can only come up with one name.
PREDICTION: Judah decides how he is going to lose.
He looks good early but slowly is broken down which becomes very apparent on TV. Zab will be faced with a choice i the middle to late rounds, he can either run, be booed horribly and lose an embarrassing UD that will in a lot of ways define him as a quitter forever.
Or
When the going gets tough and it will get tough he can stand and fight like a champion and go out on his shield.
I think come the middle to late rounds it will be all up to Zab how he wants the fight to end.
Judah by TKO in 6 or less. He is too fast for Cotto - but I admit both fighters have the power to take the other man out.
I say in this case - it's who can land the big one first, and it stands to reason that the quicker fighter will the one to do so - and the quicker fighter in this case is Judah...
damn it;s your own thread, yet you leave the "why" part out of your own pick. lol
My official pick is Cotto by 8th Round DQ.
The why - Zab has never had his own personality, he always seems to imitate others, most often those he idolizes. In this case, he plays Tyson and on the verge of being knocked out, instead fouls his way out of the fight.
