Evander Holyfield is still able to beat Shannon Briggs. Briggs is a phony, Holyfield is the real deal.

the real deal eats him alive. Holy looks good and i believe his claims that he is not injured. I just really hope he does not get pugilistic dementia in 3 years. I dont see how he couldnt though with 25 or so years of taking pops...sad sad sad

beez721, we aren't on Evanders nuts. It's just that Briggs is a joke. I remember hearing about him around late 95 at the Kronk like he was the ****. Next Bowe/Tyson, then Darrell Wilson(sp?) KO'd him and he was exposed. Holy wins this by 5th round TKO

I agree that briggs is a joke but he's still head and shoulders above jeremy bates and maddalone. those guys have zero ability. I think holy could possibly win a decision over briggs becuase his work rate and stamina is so pathetic but he sure as hells doesnt have enough left to knock him out. he's 44 and a total shell of himself

Maybe they should just take some roids and go lift some weights together.
