Hands down, Zab "Super" Judah. When he's on his A game nobody hits as quick (and hard) as Judah does. Mayweather cannot even compare as he only connected with Zab after he gassed out, the first 5 rounds of that fight Judah made Floyd look like a sparring partner.

how the hell can you make a thread about "the fastest hands" and not mention "SUGAR" SHANE MOSLEY????!?!?! he's faster than all of them and when he was 135 was one of the fastest ever. Also Judah is probably faster with one punch while Mosley is like a hit you five times before you blink fast. Meldrick Taylor was lighting too.
