How in blue hell could any judge give Briggs that many rounds ?

How did any judge have briggs winning any rounds? He did land some shots in some rounds, but Ibragimov landed more in almost every single round. I guess the first round could have went to anyone since neither really did anything to win that round. Briggs really ******

i gave briggs 1,10 and 11. 10 and 11 because he landed a few decent shots in the 10th that caused sultan to be a little more cautious. he somewhat started catching sultan when sultan lunged in with the left, briggs would throw a little right hook that landed a few times. not enough to normally win a round but sultan wasn't as active in those rounds
