Audley Harisson was arrested on allegations of fraud last night, in 2000 the BBC claimed they paid a million pounds to audley for the right to televise his boxing fights. However the bbc have now claimed that holding your left hand out, and making a loud grunting noise everytime you punch does not consitute boxing.
They have enforced part a of the trade descriptions act and are seek immediate repayment of the million pounds.
A BBC spokesman released this statement
"When we payed a million pounds we were paying for boxer, a warrior, a fighter, someone who wasnt afraid to give and take, what we ended up with was a cheap imitation, a 35 year old man pretending to be a fighter by showing his skills against nightclub doormen, we feel we have a legal case"
The case comes as a blow to Harrison who has recently employed search and find teams to find his jaw, last seen somewhere over the rainbow after his 'unlucky' loss to michael Sprott
Harisson was arrested for questioning last night and intends to release a statement soon.
This is shocking, i think this could be the biggest trial since OJ Simpson.
