116-112 was my score as well, although as a scorer I rate clean punches higher than ring generalship and aggression.

I'm not for a second saying that my tastes are the only correct way to score a fight. If you placed a higher weight on the above, you could have found another couple of rounds to give DLH. One or two maybe, but not enough to have him win IMO.

One thing is certain: if Floyd Mayweather couldn't win a decisive victory over a fighter who is past his prime and hadn't even been active the past few years, then he is obviously overrated. Mayweather is certainly not #1 p4p - in fact, he shouldn't even be considered to be one of the top 10.

You are criticizing a fighter for not completely dominating one of the best fighters of this generation in his 5th weight class? I wonder what criticism you have for a fighter who jumped up just one weight class and struggled with a fringe contender...

Wow that was awful.
The funniest part was him trying to say that HBO was cheerleading Floyd because they could control him when Floyd has been the exact opposite towards HBO in the past. He also said they want Floyd to be their next big fighter when hes ****ing RETIRING! Man this guy is sadly uninformed. Oscar did NOT land the more significant shots, Floyd landed the cleaner, harder blows. Most of Oscars shots were partially or completly blocked.
Terrible analysis of that fight.

Mayweather landed total punches at a percentage of 43% while DLH 21% , Mayweather landed power shots 57% to DLH's 24%, Twice more everytime.

I dunno if anyone noticed, but the guys idiot brother 'paul' says he watched the fight three times

First time with sound on he had it 7-5 Floyd (i think)

Second time with sound down he had it a draw

Third time he had it 6-5 ( 1 draw round) to oscar.

so

1) His scoring is cack if he watched the fight 3 times and comes up with 3 completely different scores. lol

2) He admits to being influenced by the commentary, which is ******ed cos your eyes should be able to see whats landing and what isnt,

Thats what separates the best scorers from the shocking ones, the ablity to see which punches land, get blocked, hurt etc, its a skills, and you gotta have good eye sight and judge a fighters reactions to be able to tell in some cases.

I had it 117-111 after watching it once, i dont need to watch it again, if i do, ill have it 117-111 again.
