    Blue Horizon

I don't know if any of you guys live in Philly or in the greater Philadelphia area but I am trying to go to the Blue Horizon for the June 1st fight. That is one of the worst run establishments I have ever tried to deal with. It is a boxing landmark in Philadelphia and the country but they have teenagers answering phones who don't know if you can get tickets or not. Half the time they don't even answer the phones. Then if you try to go down there its closed. I am a big boxing fan and live just outside of Philly which is a citry that has produced countless champions but in one of our biggest landmarks they don't even pick up the phone? Even the smaller places are run better. It's ridiculous. I don't know but is there another place with good boxing because I'm getting really pissed at these guys. Thanks fellas.

For a ll my bitching and complaining about how it was run I get there and have the best boxing experience of my life. I see 8 great fights, I'm with a crapload of drunk Philadelphians. I sat 20 ft. from Michael Spinks, 10 feet from Randall Cobb and I meet Anthony Thompson and get his autograph. What more could I want.

Tickets are kind of expensive they're 40 for General Admission which is on the balcony. It's not a very big venue so every seat is a good seat. They sell beer and food too. It's worth the trip though.
