    I Fight Saturday

The Weigh in is at 10 AM in the morning.
    We fight about 2:00-3:00.

Its a AM fight. Just regular come and match up. Not golden Gloves or any other tournament.

Trainer wants me to fight at 165. I'm 168 right now.2 weeks ago I was weighing in at 185 and thats no Bull****tin.

It's catch weight so I can fight anywhere from 10 pounds above or under.***So If I make 164 I can fight opponents up to 174. but If theres a 154 I can fight them also.***

I'm going to dry out tonight. (run 2 miles drink 8 ounce of water then sleep and wake up to eat nothing before weigh in)

After weigh In I will have lunch and pedialyte to re-fuel.

I've got my stamina jacked, I'm jacked, and and very hyped up and ready to get a first round stop over whoever I fight.

Any tips anyone wanna throw at me for the fight from your experiences?

Tempo of the fight, average punches thrown per round that you've seen, ideas, or anything else you'd want to say.

I'm reading everything thats being written. Everything Helps. Thank you guys alot.

Focus is the most important thing. Center yourself. Completely zone out of any emotions or anything you`ve go going on in your life. Just cut it all off...

Just go in there and think of yourself as a boxing machine, you have no purpose in the universe other than to box...thats what i think when i box..

you have the knowledge that you've trained hard, you are ready...

relax in there too, your punches will be harder, and you'll be slicker....

      good luck..

Is this a PRO fight or amateur? Just stay focused,go to sleep and wake up thinking about the guy your gna fight,if u want a first round stopage, dont GO for the first round stopage,u could get caught silly or gas out quiker then u like, relax and let it flow, once u get the jab poppin out everything will come then u might eventually take him out in the first round

            use ur jab
and do what u know best
don't let ur opponent dictate what u do

What McAlister said. I've seen alot of amateur fights(boxing and mma) decided by cardio. Sounds like you dropped the weight safely, never dry yourself out to make weight, it will bite you in the ass in the later rounds.

                Good luck

FIRST OFF THANK YOU for the responses and TIPS... it helps alot..

I'm 168 though... Trainer wnats me at 165 when I step on the scale... I've had lunch already and I'm still 168... I doubt that i'll lose 3 pounds from sleep.

so I'm just gonna run maybe 2 miles.. lose alot of water...drink a tiny bit and then not drink anything till after the weigh in.

I should lose 2 over night.. and most likely step on scale at about 163-164.

3 pounds ins't an insane amount of water weight to lose. its just a lil jog for me. 2 -3 miles is **** work. thats relaxing time.. not training.

I just wish i wouldn't have had only 2 weeks to get my weight right for it... They sprung this on me kinda quick.
