In writing about Taylor, Warren described the champ’s May 19 decision victory over jab and dash Cory Spinks as “Stinko De Mayo.” Warren wrote that Taylor “is chasing mega bucks to fight Joe Calzaghe but appeared to be worth two bob when he tackled Cory Spinks…it now makes the Calzaghe fight difficult….To nail down big fights, you’ve got to look good in winning and Taylor did not put on any $6 million performance.”
