Light flyweight Gerald Ubatay who had lost his last two fights, faced Thai super bantamweight Duangpetch Nakornthongparkview last October 4 and suffered a unanimous decision loss in a six round bout for which he was reportedly to receive his purse of $500 only yesterday, some eleven days after the fight.

I can't understand why promoters and managers don't protect their boxers! Boxers are their basic resource! Without boxers, there can be no boxing! They're looking a lot as silly as gold panners who throw away the nuggets and keep the rocks to build a camp so that they can pan for nuggets! Those boxing crooks take in peanuts of temporary profits but sacrifice the sport's sustainability! Dumb!!!
