Miguel Cotto will be the next big thing in boxing. In my opinion he has the best all around skill set in boxing. Good jab, amazing left hook, works well to the body, one of the most calm and composed boxers in the game. Cotto is the real deal.

Spinks has great boxing ability. Has big wins over Mayorga and Judah. He's feather fisted and doesn't have the greatest chin but makes up for it with his natural skills.

Sharmba Mitchel - Absolure pleasure to watch fight. He punches well, has great stamina, and moves quite well, too. An all around good fighter. The only draw on him is he designs his own ring garb. He should really leave that to the professionals.
I would have said last month that his upcoming rematch with the little Russtralian wouldn't be that much of a match as long as Kostya has been out, but after seeing Tito perform after 2-1/2 years out of the ring, I have hope of this being a barnburner.
Kostya is one of my favorite fighters just because he knocked Judah down 3 times with a single punch. I loved the Judah Chicken Dance, though I wish Jay Nady had walked over and beat the **** outte Judah with that stool.

Miguel Cotto - Cotto is definitely the real deal. I think he'll settle in at 154 for a while, probably ruling there with an iron fist, then move up and become a full middleweight. With him and Tito, Puerto Rico has a lot to celebrate.

Corey Spinks - Sanders bucks my normal trend in fighters I enjoy watching. Maybe because he, too, knocked down Zab Judah. He's is probably in an "all time great" league if it's only ever judged on boxing skills, but sadly i think my 86 year old grandmother hits harder. He's still such a highly skilled boxer, he's fun to watch. Given his pedigree, he should be a great boxer, though.

lol, yea, i saw that fight, is kostya a big puncher or does judah have a really weak chin? it didnt look like that much of a punch.
i guess Hatton doesnt have much of a chance against sharmba or kostya?

Kostya is that big a puncher. Judah has been hit many times, and never hurt like that. The closest parallel I can think in boxing would be George Foreman. He looked like he was punching in slow motion, but he knocked Michael Moorer right the fark out.

I'm not a huge fan of Hatton for one reason and one reason only. He doesn't want to fight outside England. Why? Because if he's outside the UK, he can't have Mickey Vann there to disregard his fouling.
I think Hatton has potential, but I think at this point, Mitchell would give him a boxing lesson and Tzyu would just knock him out. He stands a better chance against Mitchell, in my opinion
