    Boxing After De La Hoya

Oscar De La Hoya has been the most recognizable face in all of boxing. Now that his career is coming to an end. Who do you think takes De La Hoya's place as the face of boxing.

Not meaning to sound like an ass, but in Britain the vast majority of casual fans have never heard of him - let alone seen him

Good question. Right now DLH is the most recognizable and known main stream fighter out there and I don't know of anyone in the game right now who could fill his boxing shoes....The only fighter I can think of is Evander Holyfield if by some chance he can win a piece of the hw crown again.

Mike Tyson was. And De La Hoya is so inactive it doesn't matter.

Not even on the same stratosphere, Bank and Nigel could have sold more PPV's in Britain ALONE than De La could in America
